. 1 General statement
The user navigating in this area accesses Sforza S.r.l. official website (www.sforza.tech). The navigation and transmission of a purchase order on the site entails the acceptance of the Terms and Data Protection Policies adopted by the site itself.
These General Sales Conditions apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the Sforza website in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumption Code (Legislative Decree 206/05, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by:

Users accessing the products provided by the website, are required to read these General Sales Terms that are generally and unambiguously accepted at the time of purchase.
Users are invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms of which Sforza reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice.

. 2 Object
These General Sales Conditions rule the offers, forward and acceptance of Sforza’s purchase orders, and do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by other parties than the seller who are showed on the same website through links, banners or other hyperlinks.
Before submitting orders and buying products and services from different entities, we suggest that you check their sales conditions.
. 3 Conclusion of the contract
To complete the purchase agreement, users will need to complete the form: Checkout in electronic format and send it by following the instructions.
Checkout form includes the referral to the General Sales Conditions, price of each product, payment methods that can be used, the delivery methods of the purchased products and the related shipping and delivery costs.
Befores completing the contract, users will be asked to confirm the reading of the General Sales Conditions including the Information on the Right of Withdrawal and the Processing of Personal Data.
The contract is concluded when the vendor receives the confirmation via the form in Electronic Checkout, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.
The buyer will be obligated to pay the price from the time the on-line order forwarding procedure is completed. This will be done by clicking on the button: PLACE ORDER at the end of the wizard.
Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of his / her evasion.
. 4 Registered users
When completing registration procedures, you are required to follow the directions on the site and provide your personal details in a correct and truthful manner.
Confirmation will exempt in any case Sforza from any liability for the data provided by the user. You agree to promptly inform Sforza of any changes in your data at any given time.
If then the user communicates inaccurate or incomplete data, or even if there is a dispute by the parties concerned about the payments made, Sforza will have the right not to activate or suspend the service until it is sanctioned for the related deficiencies.
At the first request to activate a user profile, Sforza will assign the same user name and password. The latter acknowledges that such identifiers constitute the system for validating user access to the Services and the only system capable of identifying the user that the acts performed by that access will be attributed to him and will have binding effect upon him.
Users agree to keep the confidentiality of their access data and to guard them with due care and diligence and not temporarily hand over them to third parties.
. 5 Availability of products
Availability of products refers to actual availability when buyer orders. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before order confirmation.
Even after sending email order confirmation, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected by deleting the unavailable product and the buyer will be immediately informed via e-mail.
If the buyer requests cancellation of the order, by resolving the contract, Sforza will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the time Sforza became aware of the buyer’s decision to resolve the contract.

. 7 Payment Methods and Prices
The product price will be the one indicated on the site in the following currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, unless there is a clear error.
In the event of a fault, Sforza will inform the buyer as soon as possible, allowing the order confirmation to be correct or canceled. In any case, Sforza will not have the obligation to supply what is sold at the wrong price incorrectly indicated.
Site prices areexclusive of VAT *, they do not include shipping charges. Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.
* With the exception of non-EU states that do not apply VAT: non-taxable transaction VAT Article 8, paragraph 1, letter a) of Presidential Decree no. 633/72.
Once selected products they will be added to the cart. it will be enough to follow the purchase instructions, by entering or verifying the information required at each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.
Payment can be made through: Paypal, Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, Carta Aura and Bank transfer payment.
Sforza makes consignments through DHL, GLS, BARTOLINI , DPD, EUROEXPRESS carriers in the following geographical areas: Worldwide.
Orders with net value on cart above €500,00 will have free shipping benefit in Europe Countries. Islands & remote areas excluded.
Sforza does not dispatch to companies providing home-based services.
Delivery takes place as of Checkout by the date indicated there, if no delivery date is specified within the estimated time when the Delivery Mode is selected and, in any case, within 30 days of the date of delivery confirmation.
If it is not possible to deliver, the order will be sent to the deposit. In such a case, a notice will specify the place where the order is located and how to agree a new delivery.
If you are unable to be present at the agreed delivery time, we will ask you to contact us again to agree a new delivery date.
If delivery can not take place for causes not attributable to us after 60 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to resolve the contract.
As a result of the resolution, the amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the date of termination of the contract. Transport resulting from termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are explicitly stated at the time of order execution.
. 9 Passing Risk
Product risks will be borne by the buyer from the time of delivery. Product ownership is deemed to have been acquired as soon as it has received the full payment of all amounts owed to them, including shipping charges, ie at the time of delivery, if this occurred at a later date.
. 10 Warranty and commercial compliance
The Seller is liable for any defect of the products offered on the site, including non-compliance of the items with the ordered products, in accordance with Italian law.
If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, any natural person acting on the site for purposes other than business or professional activity, this warranty is valid on condition that the defect occurs within 12 months of the date of delivery of products; that the buyer has a formal complaint about the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the defendant.
In the event of non-compliance, the purchaser who has entered into the contract as a consumer will have the right to obtain the repair of the product’s compliance without charge, repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract with regard to the disputed goods and the consequent repayment of the price.
All refund costs for defective products will be borne by the seller
. 11 Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as of the date of receipt of the products.
In case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with one order and delivered separately, the 14 days deadline starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
The buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Sforza by sending an email to Sforza at: email@example.com
The buyer will also have to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively forward the type of withdrawal form set out in Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014, not mandatory.

The goods must be returned in full, in the original packaging, complete in all parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Subject to the ability to verify compliance with the foregoing, the site will refund the amount of products returned within a maximum of 7 days, including any shipping costs.
As foreseen by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend reimbursement until the receipt of the goods or until the buyer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.
The site will make a refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of a payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the IBAN, SWIFT and BIC bank coordinates necessary for the repayment.

. 15 Applicable Law and Competent Burial
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted by Italian law, subject to any other prevailing imperative of the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject only to Italian law and any disputes inherent or consequent to them must be resolved exclusively by the Italian court. In particular, if the buyer qualifies as a consumer, any dispute shall be resolved by the court of domicile or residence of the same under applicable law.
